Can You Get Passport Photos at Office Depot?

As of 2024, Office Depot no longer offers passport photo-taking services and has discontinued passport photo kiosks in its stores. 

But—

It doesn’t mean you can’t get passport photos at Office Depot.

They still offer printing services, which can be helpful if you have a digital passport photo that meets US Department of State requirements.

Here are some details about their photo-printing offer:

• You can print a passport photo template on a 4×6-inch sheet for $0.39 (+ a $0.03 tax fee).
• Same-day pickup at select Office Depot stores for orders placed before 2 PM. For other orders, next-day pickup applies.
• Only glossy photographic paper is available.

How to print passport photos at Office Depot

If you have a digital copy of your passport photo, follow these steps to order Office Depot prints online:

1. Go to the Office Depot website.
2. Click “Customize” and select the 4” x 6” print. 
3. Click “Continue.” You’ll be taken to Canva, a graphic design tool.
4. Upload your printable passport photo template or drag & drop it onto the white frame.
5. When ready, click “Print Options” in the top right corner. You’ll be sent back to Office Depot.
6. Review your photo and click “Approve & Add to Cart.”
7. Go to “Proceed to Checkout.”
8. Once done, click “Secure Payment” and pay with your credit/debit card or PayPal.

Remember to check if the pickup store you selected is correct. You can see it at the top of the page and, if needed, change the store by clicking “Change” next to the store address.

Now, all you have to do is head to the Office Depot store to pick up your printed photos and trim them along the edges to the required 2×2 passport photo size.
